Lesson 5 – Employee details
In this section of the business plan you can state other members of staff which will be in business. This will give the reader a better understanding of the size of your business and how it will be operated.
If you have staff you will need to write something in the SWOT analysis (which we will discuss later) about the treat of key personally leaving. Also you might want to think about your long term objectives. Will you need staff in the future if your business expands? If you plan on employing staff in the future you will need to write about it in the Long Term Objectives and Expenditure section of your business plan.
After deciding how many staff you need, amend the below paragraph in bold and copy it into lesson 4 – Key Personnel

If you are employing staff you will need to describe what they are employed to do. There is a lot of assistance from numerous organisations about the legality of employing staff and I strongly suggest you get some advice on the subject from employing any members for staff.
After deciding on what each staff member will do, amend the below bullet points in bold and copy it into lesson 4 – Key Personnel.

• Day to day running of the business
• Delivering my products to my customers
• Attending to the accounts and financial matters
• General maintenance of the business premise
• Answering the telephone and general admin tasks
• Picking up materials from the suppliers
